Terms & Conditions The below Terms & Conditions are deemed to form part of your booking at POMPIDOU, and payment of the deposit will be accepted as proof that you are familiar with, agree to and accept the Terms & Conditions. Please note that your booking is a legally binding agreement.
01. Guests Overnight occupancy is strictly according to the number of persons as per your booking (invoice). No more than the confirmed visitors are permitted at any one time without prior arrangement with the Owner. Additional guests will be charged for at the standard rates applicable at that time.
02. Liability The owner, their representatives, employees and any individual who acts on behalf of the owner, is not responsible for: (a) any loss or damage to the property or possessions of any guest, resident or visitor, whether such damage or loss was caused by fire, theft or otherwise, or by the negligence or wrongful act of the owner, their representatives or anyone in the employment of, or acting on behalf of the owner, (b) any personal injuries of whatsoever nature, sustained by a guest, resident or visitor, whether such injuries were sustained by the negligence or wrongful act of anyone employed by the owner or any other person or by the defective functioning of any apparatus or appliance of the owner. (c) Any person who accepts these Terms & Conditions and who is accompanied or visited by any other person, or who is to be accompanied or visited later by any person, indemnifies and holds the owner harmless against any responsibility towards any persons in the instances explained in this paragraph.
03. Damaged and missing items Should you damage anything at POMPIDOU, either inside the flat, or in the garden or outside, please notify us before you leave. If anything goes missing during your stay, please notify us.
04. Booking procedure When we receive a request from you, we will check availability and reply (preferably via e-mail). You can confirm your booking by paying for the booking; your booking is only confirmed after the full amount has been paid and received.
05. Payment We require a 100% deposit before confirming your booking. View our current rates.
06. Cancellation policy In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking. Cancellation 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid. Cancellation 15 - 28 days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater). Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
07. Check-in From 02:00pm. Phone 0839821214 a few minutes in advance. We will bring the keys.
08. Check-out Before 11:00am. Either phone us to collect the keys, or leave the keys on the fridge and shut the safety gate on your way out.
09. Self-catering POMPIDOU is self-catering accommodation. This implies that you get access to the accommodation as is. The cost of normal and responsible electricity and water usage are included in your booking. Any service or facility that is not explicitely mentioned as "included" will not and cannot be assumed to be included. See a full list of what's included
10. Cleaning A full cleaning is carried out 24 hours (or less) before your arrival. This includes fresh linen and towels, as well as cleaning of floors, windows, bathroom and kitchen. Pompidou will not be cleaned during your stay – unless explicitly arranged with us (at an additional fee).
11. Parking Reserved parking is included in your booking. Please park only on the 2nd parking spot from the right – this is your reserved parking.
